The discipline utilizes the methods and technologies of the information sciences for the purposes of problem solving and decision-making thus assuring quality healthcare in all basic and applied areas of biomedical sciences for the community it serves
Objectives of SAHI
The Saudi Association for Health Information (SAHI) was established to work under direct supervision of King Saud University for Health Sciences to practice public activities, develop theoretical and applicable knowledge, and provide scientific and applicable studies and consultation, private and public, as per the provisions included in these rules.
The purpose of the Saudi E-Health 2010 conference is to bring together both healthcare providers and information technologists to empower the advancements in the delivery, quality, and continuity of health care.
